The most popular Roco Kingdom cosplays are the human characters: Enzo, Iris, Krithia, Clarissa and Freya, plus the player's own academy look. A complete cosplay usually takes three pieces: the costume, a styled wig and matching boots. Order at least three to four weeks before your convention or Halloween, and always check the size chart first.
Cosplay checklist
- Costume: full set or base outfit
- Wig: the single most recognisable part of a character
- Boots or shoes: finish the silhouette in photos
- Accessories: bows, gloves, headbands, ears
- Timing: order 3–4 weeks ahead
Roco Kingdom's characters already fill convention halls in China, and with the global beta arriving right before Halloween, Western cosplayers are catching up. Here's who to cosplay and how to put a look together.
Most popular Roco Kingdom characters to cosplay
| Character | Why cosplayers love them | Key pieces |
|---|---|---|
| Enzo | Cold, white-haired senior student at the Magic Academy and one of the franchise's best-known antagonists | Cloak outfit, white wig, boots |
| Iris | A fan-favourite heroine with a very recognisable hairstyle | Wig (with or without ears), outfit |
| Krithia | A willful little princess with a full uniform look | Complete uniform set |
| Clarissa | Princess with a noble, Royal Academy style | Academy outfit, elegant shoes |
| Freya | A strong silhouette that photographs well | Outfit, mid-calf boots |
| Your own Roco | The player's academy look, easy to adapt | Top, skirt or trousers, gloves, headband |
How to build a Roco Kingdom cosplay
1. Start with the wig
People recognise a character by the hair first. A good wig does more for your cosplay than a perfect costume with the wrong hair. Iris and Enjou wigs come with optional ears; choose the version that matches the art you're working from.
2. Choose a full set or build piece by piece
Full sets (like a complete uniform) save time and keep colours consistent. Building piece by piece costs more effort but lets you mix sizes, for example a looser top and fitted trousers.
3. Don't forget the feet
Character boots finish the look in full-body photos. Mid-calf boots with a rubber sole stay comfortable through a long convention day.
4. Add one accessory
A bow, gloves or a headband is often what makes a costume read as that exact character instead of a generic fantasy outfit.
